Hey i have a bottle of lucas motor oil. Has anyone used it. I have 3qt of normal oil and a 1qt of lucas. Do you think i would be good with that? I really dont want to go buy more oil when i have all this oil just chillin here not bein used. So let me know what you have heard about it or experienced

 

I've been using lucas stabilizer since before it was boosted. I used a whole quart pre-turbo. I still use it now, every oil change I use a half quart now that I turboed. Still going strong at 258,XXX on the clock.

 

So i have 3 qts of royal purps and 1 qt of lucas. Should i do 3 royal and a half qt of lucas or 2.5 royal and 1 qt lucas?

 

Yea i use it every oil change!!

 

Just use half a QT of Lucas!!

Ever watch what happens when that stabilizer stuff gets used on things at high rpm? It froths......which is the worst thing that can happen.

There used to be videos of it online...dont know if theyre still up.
If you go to a PartsAmerica store, they have demo's of it, usually on the counter. If you stand there and crank fast enough, you can watch it start to do just that....

I dont know if the additive is "impregnated" into their normal "racing" oils, if thats what youre asking about using... But I never use anything but straight 5/10-w30

 

im guna use it, theses^^^^^ guys have tried it and sound like they have had no problems...
