Default Can air/fuel ratio controllers help gas mileage?

I'm just wondering if there are any air/fuel ratio controllers out there that would help gas mileage?

no. not as long as the ecu was operating in closed loop.

only way to do it would be to have a wideband, a fully programmable ecu, and a very good tune.

throw an LC-1 on there, simulate the narrow band signal and giver.

im sure the LSU-4.2 sensor is more accurate than a stock 1v 1wire
