just need to know what to torque them to, i used a 11mm socket to tighten the if that helps? i was told they are either 3/8 od 7 /16 they are different torque specs for each one well thanks for the help! oh the are are in eagle rods just more info

Your best bet would be to measure them with some calipers. There's no way for me to know exactly which bolts you have without having them in front me. You can't really go by the head size of the bolt, since both a 3/8" and a 7/16" bolt could have a 7/16" head.
