Default Trouble with a fully built ITR

Ok i have a stupid problem here...

I have a fully built 12:1 fully balanced worked block and i fully built head, big P&P and TODA spec B and a lot of sauce.

Everything work fine and run great...pull great and go up easy to 9100rpm.

Tshe problem is...where i my damn vtec crossover...a 5900 it have no change in the sound...EVERYTHING is top notch about the vtec...oil pressure a1, all the sensor is OK, no vtec check engine, its pull hard but not that hard its suppose to be :S

I have a tri-y header with a 2.5" exhaust, test pipe and mugen twin loop muffler...kind of part who keep the engine little quiet but i really dont know why i dont hear the crossover :S

So help me with that stupid problem...anyone is running these camshaft?

if tuned right..then you will barely hear the cross over. my graph is nice and smooth (vtec set @6500). plus the primary lobes vs. the vtec lobes is only a 1mm diff. unlike most cams out there. so the transition is not that noticeable

You don't want your vtec x-over to "crack" "pop" or whatever. What you want a smooth transition. That means you aren't getting a dip in power.

WTF?? If your vtech doesn't pop like a shotgun, that means you're not going fast.

The ecu is almost tuned, its tuned for my last setup with 200whp...i got a short ram 3" diameter with a stack.

I was just wondering because, last year i was running CTR cam and the x-over was a shotgun lol

In 2 week the car will be tuned

So with these cam is normal to not have a shotgun under the hood? lol

Have almost the EXACT same setup, and barely hear a X-over point, my tuner was top-notch, and there was no dip in power. If it is tuned well, you should be thankful.
