I ordered the kit, but ended up parting everything out because I wasn't happy with the quality. I recently ordered another one for my friend (with his money of course) since he wanted one so badly. I tried talking him out of it. =/

I ordered the kit and just recently got it tuned. So far so good. My sohc vtec d15b made 206whp @ 9psi on a conservative "daily driver" tune. The kit however is definitely incomplete and I had to get the downpipe modified at a muffler shop and charge pipes need to be cut to fit. You will also need a dumptube. The oil line was ridiculously short and you will need to order a coupler for the turbo that did not come with the kit. So only time will tell how long this "made in China" turbo lasts.

I'm pretty sure I've seen that seller on eBay, and those do look like the typical China-made eBay turbo parts.

Does the DP really sit 8-10" lower than the oil pan like it does on their mock-up block?

Yes, the turbo as well as the manifold are for sure made in China as their myspace page http://www.myspace.com/tunerzimage says. However, they do claim that their supplier in China builds quality turbos as opposed to other suppliers in China that mass produce shitty parts. And so far I agree with them. If you read the post about this turbo there are a number of users satisfied with the performance and longevity of the kit. Chinese turbo have come a long way since the first batch which would take a **** on you in less than a month.

And yes they are a seller on ebay and the kit is sold there as well. I guess that makes this an ebay turbo.

The biggest complaint about the turbo kit is the fitment. One needs to understand that this is a universal kit so the installer needs to modify the charge pipes as well as the downpipe. The downpipe points down so I had to chop mine to get the car to the muffler shop or else it would have dragged on the street. By the way, that mockup sucks. Look at where the charge pipe connects to the throttle body. My install looks way cleaner than that.
