I have a 94' Del Sol 5-speed and it wont go into reverse . Don't really know how it happened, but i got into the car one day and tried to put it into reverse and it wouldn't budge. It feels like something is blocking it from going in. I think the night before i may have been ******* the car a bit too much on the street. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Or how i can go about fixing this?

 

have you checked the linkage?

 

happened 2 me, we put brake fluid in there and it worked after

 

linkage or fluid aye? I'm gonna start working on the car tomorrow morning so i appreciate the help. I really hope it's nothing too major though . Thanks again for the information.

 

try putting it into second then reverse.
