I believe the weight diffrence between the two is something like 60 lbs. So there is not much of a weight difference between the 2

It's essentially a driver's race when you break it down. Yes the sedan is a little heavier....but what if there's a 280lb. driver in the coupe vs. a 150lb. driver in the Sedan. Then the numbers become a little more matched.

But put two drivers with the same body weight in both cars......as long as the Coupe driver knows when to shift and doesn't do anything stupid.....the Coupe should win every time.....although these two cars are more equally matched than most people make them out to be. Any small mistake by the Coupe driver COULD cause it to lose the race against a Sedan.

Just like Rico said its mostly driver..... those cars did sound like they had intake/ exhaust... did both cars have same mods / brands?

hp for hp, and good driver for good driver, the coupe on paper should edge out. but there are several variables that come into play. Pointless comparison IMO.

This video is useless for comparison since the true nature of the cars (mods etc.) is unknown.
