Default problem with boosted em1

ok so its about 11 last night im heading over to my womans place coming up to a stop sign and my cel comes on im like $hit not again. pull out from the stop sign on my way cel was blinking slow then staying solid. the other problem was my car wouldnt rev past 3k if i tried it there was like rev limiter. so i pull over then shut car off for 20 mins and start it back up then no problem. came home this morning nothing happened at all. any ideas?

some info on mods that might help. im running a b16a2 with chipped p28 with neptune just got it retuned about a month ago. greddy turbo kit on 13 pounds

thanks honda-tech

Sounds like you have two things. A catalyst damaging misfire(the blinking CEL) and the ECU is/was in failsafe (no rev past 3k)

i dont believe it was the misfire code i had them about 6 months ago due to fried rings. it also wasnt the same blinking. this blinking was a very slow blinking like 1 time every 15-20 seconds. i wish it would come up again so i can pull the code but it hasnt happened again. just one of those this that annoys you.
