Questions regarding my 1/8 and 1/4 times
Just quick info of my car:
90 Integra 2500lbs with driver and gas
525whp/340wtq
25.4" M&H Bias Plys @ 14psi
2.0L Built GSR with .86 T3 GT35R @ 27psi
I ran the car in the 1/8th mile and due to traction issues the car was spinning more then I wanted in 1st and 2nd(12psi 1st gear, 15psi 2nd gear, 27psi 3rd) But I did manage a 8.0 @ 101mph still with a 2.1 60ft. What would this run genereally equate to in the 1/4? I was comparing other times and mph and I "think" this should equate to a mid 11 second run give or take at maybe around 130mph. Would I be acccurate in my assumptions?
My old old setup that did 12.02 @ 127mph on drag radials felt alot slower then this setup.

with you not hooking, and not having full power in first and second, i would imagine a mid 11 would be fairly easy for you as a full 1/4 would allow your 3rd and 4th gear to pull better times..... although with slicks your 1/8 is horrible, i was cutting 8.1's with 300whp and drag radials
whats your suspension set up and what psi are your slicks?

You are right, the 1/8 doe suck bad for the bias plys. pressures at at 14psi hot. I found 14 psi to have the widest contact patch, any higher and it was just the middle, any lower and it was contacting only on the outter. Maybe I should go lower? I just figured if I go too low then it wouldn't contact the middle much when it was spinning... Never raced on tires where tire pressures played such a huge role.
Suspension is Omnipower 12K fronts and 10K rears, I also have the 16K rears but I found that didn't help much. Full race traction bar with 1* extra caster, toe is to factory spec and camber is 1.3

You should be able to get those times down by a descent amount once you get some traction. Try letting some air out of those slicks... I have a similar setup and just went 7.1 @ 103 in the 1/8th and a 10.8 @ 133 on 23" slicks with 11psi in them and a 1.80 60'. This was with 501whp/325wtq (1.8L gsr, gt35r, 20 psi tune on pump gas, launching on about 14 lbs and the full 20psi in every gear)
I run 6psi in my MT 24.5" slicks.
When the car was at 360whp it would run 7.6's@94-95mph with a 1.6 60ft.
*edit*
Also try to lower the back of your car. It looks stupid but it works great.

damn my 1/8 sucks bad! haha. well the front is already a bit higher to fit the tires, ad the rears I'd be running my 16K rears so it doesn't squat one bit with those. I'll just try the tire pressures lwoer and go from there. I have 1/4 races in 2 weekends from now so we'll try for 11's there
