00 ls alt obd1 d -series wiring harness

00 ls alt obd1 d -series wiring harness
I put the ls engine and alt into my 92 hatch and the obd1 connector don't plug into my alt.I looked in both hanes manuals and can't figure out how to put the obd2 connector on the obd1 wiring harness help please
