My dads civic has been having mechanical or electrical problems.....when he comes to a stop at an intersection or a sudden stop, the car's rpms decrease real fast and then the car dies...it happens every now and then.We took it to two shops and they found the problem but they were enable to fix it...they said we should take it back to see if they can fix it but we need to pay some bills. does anyone have any tips or anythin that can help us out? thanks.
