first off its going to be a hell of alot easier to boost a D16Z6, they seem to respond better

second off http://www.turbod16.com is your best friend

what are your goals? the GT28 is an excellent all around street turbo. can't go wrong.

x2 on what nix94delsol said, theres a lot more parts out there for a z6 and its a better motor. I have a boosted z6 and im running a t3/t4 .57trim (common ebay special). It spools up around 4-5k and is a great turbo, imo a GT28 is too big for what your doing.

I'd say a GT60 by Garrett.

i know i know. my plan is just this summer run low psi on the B7 and next summer ill have my Z6 full build and that will be dropped in.

so the GT28 would be good for the B7?

ive heard the ebay turbos suck (nothing against you)

B7 isnt even worth putting low boost in, just save up the cash for the Z6
but if you HAVE to boost the 1.5 see if you can find a cheap TD04H
there decent turbos, and can run very very low PSI

the greddy kit for the z6 comes with a 15g turbo. imo great for low boost apps.

so the TD04H is good?

ive got a precision sc61 on my b16 might be too big for ya... by buddy is runnin a talon 14b on his d16y8 and she goes pretty good. quick spool too. i only hit full bost at 5000 but 263whp on stock motor is pretty sweet too
