My fiancée has a cousin with a new eclipse. we drove it in. i dont like it but i do like the seats in it. anyone know if it would be possible to put them in my eg hatch? another thing is that i am kinda big. 6'4" 250. i had trouble once before with buying seats because they were too high. can anyone help or ever thought of doing it? what would be involved?

id save the time of custom work and put it into getting money from low seat rails.

I *feel* your pain - I'm 6' 4" too!

I digress..

I was considering buying a (used) S2000 last month - they've been around a while and are almost in the (used) CiViC Si price range now...

Sat in a S2000 but couldn't get my leg under the steering wheel - had to be helped out of the car - oh... the *pain* of it!!!

I felt like the blind colonel in 'Scent of a Woman'... "Touch me again and I'll kill you!!!"

Soooo... I tried a 2008 Si. My head was pressed up against the roof!

Then, finally, I tried a $30K Accord - gawd I hate those things! The salesman talked me into it...

The Accord was like Captain James T. Kirk, sitting in his pedestal chair on the bridge of the 'Starship Enterprise'!!!

I've owned two 6Gen Honda CiViCs - and the seats fit me just fine - thank you! I can squish down like a 5' 4" gangbanger...

Truly, I don't get it - I don't understand how or why 6Gen CiViCs have so much room - except for that ^%$# center console pressing against my leg!

Anyway, like 'yusojdm' said, it sounds like a waste of time/money to me. I'd just mod the seat rails too...
