honda del sol oil and water temp. problem please need some help!!

honda del sol oil and water temp. problem please need some help!!
the oil temp. and water temp goes up after i drive for 1/2 hour, the oil temp goes to 300 and the water temp goes all the way up.. need to know what is the problem.. is it the oil pump or the water pump?
or the ecu ?? by the way the oil temp gauge is an aftermarket gauge so is not a car factory one...
also i feel a lot of heat coming across the firewall under the chasis and goes inside the car,, so i have stop driving the car until i find out what the problem is . please need some help....
i did the oil change and everthing but still the same..
