Default Uninstall Resistor Box.... Is it Necesary? putting car back to stock...

So, I am putting my car back to stock from being turboed, and was wondering if I had to uninstall my resistor box in order for the stock injectors to work right? I assume I do, but I'm really not trying to mess with wiring if I don't have to right now.
