Hi, I ordered a f22b vtec motor for my sis 96 accord and I was sent a non vtec f22b. I installed the motor already but it's getting interesting now with the wiring. The picture below is a pic of the female plug for the vtec distributor on the cars harness.



....and here is a pic of the male plug on the nonvtec f22's dizzy



my question is, will the vtec dizzy work on the nonvtec motor or do i have to swap the plugs on the harness to make the nonvtec distributor fit??

 

Yes you must swap. vtec must got with vtec and likewise.
