Timing belt on 2000 Civic Si

Do you think it's time I change my timing belt and water pump?

2000 Civic Si, owned it for almost 8 years (Aug 2008) it's got just over 40,000 miles on her.

It couldn't hurt. I think recommended is at 60k.

i would change it... though the recommended mileage is 65k you've been on the same one for 8 years. major tune up overall couldnt hurt either.
