suspension setting for the track?

Default suspension setting for the track?

i got my neuspeed sports in and i should have my koni yellows before i go to the track again. what settings do you guys run on the shocks?

Play around and see what happens, but stiffer in the rear is going to be better to keep weight transfer to a minimum.

I would start out by makig the rears as stiff as possible and front as soft as possible. Then with each pass adjust from there. You should only have to play with the fronts because you should always have the rears as stiff as can be when drag racing. Depending on what tires you are going to run matters too. If you are running a slick with low pressure, then you dont have to go all the way soft with the front shocks because the slick will absorb some of the energies. But, the hard tire will not absord any energy ther shocfk to absorb the energy, and thus requiring a softer setting. ** I have had good luck woth the skunk2 drag springs for the rear, if you drag often they may be worth a shot**
