you shouldnt have to, if its not bolted to the firewall, then its inside next to the evaporator core, all you have to do is pull the hvac box out under the passenger side dash, you do not have to remove the dash, however its a pain in the ***. whats your proublem by the way?

My problem is that my rsx-S damage the air compressor and the technician recommended me to change the expansion valve and the bottle filter.

so your ac compressor went out and the tech is recommending that you replace the expansion valve, and reciever drier, you could get away with just flushing the condensor and evaperator and all lines, with a good flush you shouldnt have to replace the expansion valve, just depends on the shop you take it to, its easy to flush everything.
