Stock or Catback
does anybody really know if having a stock catback mid-pipe changed over with a customized mid-pipe without the resonator to the stock muffler make any difference at all???just a question ive been looking to have answered
keep your resonator no matter what.
the sound with removing resonator can be compared to as "beez in a can"
lol @ beez (someone else wrote this seriously, I'm just laughing at it)
And literally, the only differance is going to be sound as far as performance may go. If anything too, the deletion of resonator is going to sound like ***.
You want to do anything, upgrade your whole exhaust to 2.5 (requires collector mod), keep resonator, gut the cat (if its a track car), and go with a decent axle back muffler.
I personally liked vibrant for cost, and am very happy with the sound. The sound is similar to stock (with silencer in) but when you push wot, it sounds quite a bit louder being its more free flowing from the baffled stock dual pipe.
