Need help on my timing

my timing is off ... i also have a skunk2 cam gear .. need help adjusting them

set to 0 then set the timing then slightly adjust the cam gear

Make sure the cams are pointing up and the TDC mark on the crank pulley is lined up. Grab a timing gun and adjust the distributor while watching the marks on the crank pulley to get desired timing.
