When me and my friends went up there we parked where we saw other people parking. There was even a 4 runner in front of us parked backwards. A cop drove by really slow looking at the cars. It seems as if he is going to drive off. He then decides to back his car up about twenty feet and give us the only tickets there because our cars were fixed up! He didn't do anything to the other cars.
