I want to get some headers for my accord and I know buying cheap ones is asking for trouble, so I want to buy good ones this is just my daily car so I'm not looking for top of the line headers that are over $1k I just want some good reliable headers for my car, now the reason I'm posting this is because I want to know which are good and which are bad, I heard people say many brands are good but others say they are bad (megan, obx, etc.) will someone thats actually had headers and tried them let me know if they are any good?

 

Lets try this again. Now first off, what year is your car and what engine do you have? Having those bits of info will greatly affect the answers that you receive.

Side note, Any more posts similar to the ones that were previously here will be dealt with harshly. Lets try and be helpful.

 

Well if your not into brand names, just go with an "Ebay" one. I got mine off ebay (downpipe included) for about $75 shipped. I have had them on now for about 3 years with no problems. The chrome looked great for about the first year, but wrapped my headers eventually so you cant tell now. I had no problems with cracking or warping- just plenty of compliments from jealous onlookers telling me they like my headers better than their $300 DC headers... .

Of course you get what you pay for, so maybe i just lucked out- but you cant beat $75!!

I have Megan headers which are just fine. They also didnt cost me as much as any of the mainstream ones and they were recommended to me because of their OEM and better quality. You dont need to spend a ton on headers.
