it is a header.

i prefer quality brand name products you can trust and not have to worry about. these might be ok, but who knows, u might bottom out one time and CRACK!

Im sorry but please dont waste any ******* money besides gas money on a D15. Thats about all that motor is good for is gas mileage. Save every penny that you would waste on that motor and get you a nice Ls swap or a y8 swap even. **** a D15.

Yep. Find one on here in the classifieds. You might be out another 30 or 40 bucks, but will have a quality product.

$555 for the entire head swap, $200 for my spare Z6 motor (gonna use Z6 header, tranny off of it), 200 for the small wheels and tires that I use at the track...so thats almost 1000...hopefully that will be mid to low 15's...then i'll probably throw an exospeed cam (another $200) and some other **** on there...

Right now I just have the D16Z6 head, short ram intake, welded on muffler. I used my VX wheels with tiny tires (Thread about that here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=629535 ) when I ran that 15.9

D-Series VTEC head on Non-VTEC D-Series Block...in my case, a D16Z6 head on a D15B7 block and tranny

Read more about that here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=554053

heres a link about numerous D-series header designs. read up and look at the design of the header you are lookin at buyin. you usually get what you pay for. and dont expect 10-15hp from a $100 header.
