2200 watt Mono amp with these subs???
Ive got 2 Audiobahn Flame Q 12's. 1100Watts RMS 2200watts Peak They are DVC subs.
The BOSS Mono amp im looking at buying does:
Maximum Power: 3000 Watts x 1 (1-Ohm)
RMS Power: 1200 Watts x 1 (4-Ohm)
2200 Watts x 1 (2-Ohm)
So can I run my subs at 2ohms at 2200 and everything will be ok? I guess my main question is if I run them this way are they gonna be running at 2200 a piece or 1100 a piece? Can someone draw me up a quick wiring diagram?
Right now Ive got 2 Rockford Punch HX2's (500rms/1000peak) ran through my Rockford Fosgate 750s Power series amp.
