stock valvetrain? if your planning on all motor think about the rest of the head as well...bc and s2 are both good companies but i prefer toda...this has been the topic of about a million threads and it comes to preference

I have Sk2 stg 1's and I am happy with them.
My setup: GSR BAR'd
sk2 stg1
RM springs and retainers
sk2 pro manifold
Alaniz Street port
DC carb legal 4-1
ITR intake arm with VS and KN 6' filter
81.75 bore
RS ITR pistons
cat
crappy crushed bent piping
GSR muffler
Whitefield Tune

I got 177whp and 124 tq

The car feels sluggish and lagging with the stock P72 but feels much better with a tune with the cams. Theres much more I could get out of her but no funds at the moment.

Hope this helped a little. Good luck with the choice.

You might want to think about ITR/CTR cams also...

i was thinking about ctr, but i heard the stage 1 are a bit more aggressive and i'm getting a deal, trading my hytec replica header for crower stage1 with skunk2 camgears. stock valve train should be fine with the stage one, i'm only gonna take it to 8200 for the max, mostly 8k only.

I would think the header would be doing you as good as cams would and vise versa...

If you kept the header "and" had the cams, that would be your best bet to have right there.

Good luck on your decision.

i have another header, rmf race header, the open flange one, so i just needed a set of cams so i can tune it with the rmf header.

That header might be a little overkill and intolerable for daily use but to whom his own.
