I have a Civic 92 DX Hatchback sometimes the car will turn on sometimes it wont I test my fuel pump and its good. I don’t know if you guys have notice when you turn the key before you turn it on you hear the fuel pump working well my fuel pump you will hear it working sometimes I wont hear it work that when the car doesn’t turn on. I have a fuel kill switch and I tested that and is good. The engine will crank but its like there is no electricity passing thru. I replace the ACG (something like that under my dash panel) fuse I replace that and the car still sometimes will turn on sometimes not. I disconnected the connectors front the fuel pump and tested the connectors and when I turn the key to turn it on sometimes they will work sometimes not. Can it be my key switch?

By the way ones the car starts it runs fine I could run 300 miles no problem ones I turn it off it won’t start maybe 3 to 5 minutes later it will crank back up as long as I don’t turn off the car is good.
could be the switch. a ground. no cels? i would look into replacing the wiring and switches for the ignition.
i usto have this problem With my camaro man the coil in the starter would get hot and u would hafto wait till it cools down until it starts again i had to change it and walahhh fixed it i always thought it was prob getting overheated or the stuff like that BUt it could be ur starter man (its just a thought tho)
