bad times
i am trying to find a dc race header. i was waiting on a friend to buy my stock si wheels, before i bought one, and now can't find one anywhere. i know dc sold out to another company, but i figured there would still be some places that sold them. no such luck for me. anyone have any idea where i might find one still?
i checked a few different sites, as well as did a search for them. i was going to buy from corsport. then when i went back, they didn't have it (about a month and a half ago). i checked a few sites that came up through a search for dc race header, but the sites that listed themselves as having them at one point, no longer did. any ideas?
thanks, and it only took 3 minutes. i had never even heard of that site. seems reasonable enough, but this has led to a new question. in the item notes, it says that the header must be used with a dc exhaust. would it be necessary to install an exhaust, much less a specific one?are the flanges on the dc header positioned differently from the stock ones/other companies?

Deleting the cat will not create the egg smell.
"The "rotten egg" sulfur smell is usually generated by high temperatures in the catalytic converter caused by excess unburned fuel going through the exhaust. The converter oxidizes this fuel, which generates the heat, and the high heat generates the smell. An occasional whiff of this smell upon start-up or momentarily at idle isn't necessarily a problem. In fact, it indicates the catalytic converter is doing its job in preventing unburned fuel vapors from reaching the atmosphere. But of course, the concern is what's causing the higher percentage of unburned fuel from the engine."
Having a cat is better for the environment though.

wait for the dc race header. for the money its great. gave me some gain hp and better 1/4 mile. its holding up well still looks great and even though no cat makes the egg smell my car dosnt have that. my car runs a little rich and when i get out i can smell the gas a little bit but definatly not eggs.
