i really dnt kno tranny like that is that somehting real serious and what do u think that is gonna cost me? and how much time? and is my tranny [freak]ed and how long do u think i can ride around in it?
well, there are a couple ways to handle the situation. All of them involve removing your transmission, so you might as well start there.
First you can check the throwout bearing easily. My first thought was that your clutch is really far gone.. but someone mentioned the throwout bearing, which it could be as well.
if you check out your throwout bearing and clutch and everything seems normal, then it is most likely the input shaft bearing, as someone above said. There are several ways to go about handling the situation. one, you can get another d-series trans here on h-t for probably around $150, but it might have the exact same problem, but atleast you will have a spare. The second is to fix the problem. The bearing is only about $25-$35, but taking it to a shop to be replaced is expensive.. probably like $400 or $500 in labor. So you can try it yourself, which isnt too hard if you are mechanically inclined. i think there are tutorials that will walk you through it on H-T as well.
Also, it may be worth it to talk to "mista bone" here on H-T. He is the resident d-series transmission guru, and he would be the best person to take it to, IMHO..

I was kinda in the same boat a while ago. I bought a different transmission and just rebuilt that one, then swapped it in when i had time. You only spend a little more money, and its nice having a spare, as you can see from the pic in my sig
