I put a b18 into my crx. I have everything all hooked up and now that I go to start it the engine cranks but no fuel ends up into the fuel filter. I took out the main relay, checked this and it checked out fine. I supplied power to where the fuel relay was and fuel sprayed all over my garage. I know where the leak is so that is an easy fix but I dont know what else is wrong. The relay is testing fine and I know the fuel pump works because I have gas all over. any suggestions also when the relay is plugged in it makes a humming noise. Is there any way a fuel relay can test ok but actually be defective? I also have a P28 w/hondata s300 ecu could there be something wrong with this?
