Default New to the S2000 as of today, and it appears I need 2 TSB's

1) TSB 00-054 / Buzzing from the Engine or Transmission While Decelerating / MY 2000
2) TSB 00-055 / Grinding When Shifting into 2nd Gear / MY 2000

Are looking problematic.

I drove the car a bit hard shortly after I bought it and it grinded first to second, then later I drove it and it didnt? I maybe I need more experience with that.

But secondly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I was driving a long and I am most positive I need TSB 00-054 there is a horrible buzz coming from the car when decelerating around 4000-3000 RPM range, and after doing research this doesn't seam to actually cause damage to the car? Just the annoying noise?

Is it true that it is only annoying? and completely fine?

Also the MAIN POINT my car does not have a warranty its an 01 so if I go in saying I need 2 TSB's will I have to pay? and if so how much?

Thanks Guys

The car's sick except for that unfortunate clutch buzz.

buzz is annoying at first, but it will do nothing to the car's health point

you will get used to it, i mean if you have to pay for it, don't get it done.

^^^ what he said

i have changed my clutch twice and i still have the buzz. You get used to it, the annoying part is explaining to the passengers why the car is making that noise.

^ lol no way my gf is around 105 i think so im good to go. I was just pondering cause there would be some truth to that sticker if i had some junk in my trunk and myself in the car theres no way a fet girl could roll with me without going over the limit.

I had a 2001 ap1 that buzzed, but my 2002 ap1 does not. Did they fix the problem between the two years? The buzz was sometimes embarrassing and I tended to coast to red lights in neutral.

Did you find the secret compartment yet? I found a valet key and an owner's manual in there both times.

A special few Ap1s came with a jar of Japanese hornets in the gearbox.
They were endangered, consequently no Ap2s were fitted.
