Default A rear wheel whining noise. Not a wheelbearing problem. Please help!

My car is 2001 accord, rear drum brakes without ABS. It has a rear wheel whining noise for several months when the car turns right, and it is getting worse. Many people suggested it is the problem of the wheel bearing. So I replaced it with a brand new one, but surprisingly, the noise still there, not even better.

What would that be? Someone said there are only two things making noise, brake and bearing. The rear brake works ok, except some rust on drum surface, and this rust dose make rubbing noise when rotating.

Can anyone help with it?

Thank a lot!

Brake pad dragging or something? Did you disassemble the drum?

brake is normal. I didn't feel anything abnormal when applying brake and even hand brake. I didn't disassemble the whole rear brake, but just took out the drum.
