Default is $600 a good price?

I am looking at a 90 hatch they want $600 the paint is faded rear right is a spare and the motor turns over but dose not run there is no dents that I have noticed yet. They have replaced the fuel pump and ignition coil to try and make it run so I am just figuring there stupid. I am looking for a car for work and as a project when I go back to look at the car what are some things I should look out for besides what I have listed?

600 bones for a car is good, especially if it is gonna be a project.

i spent 2000 on my sdn, but it has definitely worth it
