Default B16a or B18c1 into a crx.help me out

i have a crx,i think its a hf or dx but for sure not a si.
i was wondering what kind of things that would need to be done to have a jdm b16a or b18c1 gsr motor in. people told me i would need a hasport mount kit, shift linkage, the ecu that matches the motor, ecu jumper. they one thing that concerns me is which obd would i use and how to determine which obd it is?also what is a ecu jumper?im not so familiar with obd's and ecu's. people said i would have to do a wiring conversion?how difficult is that, why does it have to be done, what is it going to be converted to, are there premade conversions?
what about the water pump, oil pump, fuel injector clips, distributor, alternator?would i use integra oem ones or crx oem ones?
also what is the hasport mount kit?its just motor mounts right?
oh and how much would this cost me?
thanks in advance

Ah, search is a big one! But you need to find out if you have an HF or a DX There are considerable differences in the swap depending on what car you have to start with. If you have a DX your engine will be a D15 and you will have a big round black intake plenum on the top of your engine.

no offense but your post is difficult to read. Space out your sentences next time or something.

A. Read the FAQ. All of your questions have already been answered there. If you cant find what your looking for, then use the search feature.

B. Start reading and doing alot of research. Instead of posting questions that have already been answered, go find them.

C. Wiring: If it's over your head, check out http://www.rywire.com
A ECU jumper harness converts one generation of wiring to another through a sub-harness. Rywire sells these for OBD0 to OBD1 swaps, which you need if your going to go b18c. For a b16 all you need to do is add VTEC wiring, which is covered in the FAQ. Almost everything is.

D. If your car is a DX, you need to convert to MPFI. Again, that is in the FAQ, and here is another great source.

If your car is an HF, it's already MPFI, but you need to swap your knuckles.

E. A Hasport 'Kit' refers to the motor mount package. Just go to there website. For every b-series swap you'll need mounts, shift linkage, ECU, and axles.

F. All the water pump/oil pump stuff is preventive maintenece, which I highly recommend. Replace gaskets, get a new timing belt, dizzy cap and rotor, and so on. If you get a b16, your parts will be sourced from a CRX, or if you get the GSR motor, order parts from a GSR Integra.

I think I've helped enough.

And with that attitude, us that know a lot will let you drown on your own.

But srsly, read the FAQ at the top of the page, ALL you need to know is in there, and if something else is a problem, THEN come and ask questions, that way, you will catch a lot less **** from all of us that hear the same questions from n00bs every week.

No offense.
