This may sound silly but isnt your waterpump siezed or not working? Also before you boosted it was the car cooling fine? Is it when it's at idle? Cruising low or high speeds?

if you are running lean, your motor would overheat too.

it was coolong great before i boosted it and i forgot to add that its not running lean my tuner said its set at 12.6 A/F ratio and my water pump is brand new and it over heats at high speeds and after it starts to overheat it does it at idle and rolling

does it smoke? Have you bled all the air from the cooling system? When taking off the rad. cap, do you hear pressure being released, and how's your coolent and oil levels after it overheats?

what does it mean if you hear pressure being released when removing the radiator cap?

what chassis is it? it sounds like your heatsoaking everything under the hood. try taking your bumper or hood off and driving.

how big is your intercooler? Can air get to the radiator? Is the fan PULLING air from the radiator?

My car did the same thing on hot days, just overheating to about 225* max. My intercooler takes up the whole front of my car pretty much, allowing minimal airflow to get in to the engine bay. My fix was cutting out the front bumper more to allow more airflow. Then i put a better fan on it (Slim fan). Then i replaced my coolant with straight OEM honda coolant. Then it was all good, except for sitting in traffic, so i made my hood a cowl hood kinda (just tilted it up in the rear with washers) so air can escape from the cowl area.

the car has only gotten to 215* now sitting in traffic, on the hottest days in alabama.

Good luck!

Just curious what waterpump are you running? Are you using some type of slim fan or orginal? OE radiator?

try taking your bumper off and driving around for a little bit and keep a sharp eye on your water temps. If after doing so your temps are waaaay lower...either get a better rad/fan with more cooling capacity or get a smaller FMIC if you're not lloking to make huge power. If you have one of those giant ebay FMICs and are only boosting 9 psi...all you are doing is producing more heat than you can conceivably get rid of by blocking any fresh air to your rad...so do yourself a favor and get a smaller FMIC. Smaller FMICs will work just as good as bigger ones, are usually good to at least 300-350, and will allow more FRESH air to get to the rad.
