obd1 motor into ek???
i got a D15b going into a 98 ek hatch what istrubitor do i use im using obd2 harness with a jumper to the obd1 ECU, what do i do about the dizzy, and is there anything else i need to change or check?

yeah really. if so its not as easy as just the dizzy.
but if you are staying with the obd1 ecu, either one will work. will have to repin the obd1 dizzy to use it.

I've never done an OBD1 SOHC swap into an OBD2 car like you're doing, but I do think the IACV plugs/wires are completely different from your EK engine and the D15B. I believe one is a two wire, while the other is three wire.
As far as the distributor goes I honestly don't know. You can compare the units side by side and see the obvious wiring and base mount positioning differences.
You might want to contact one of the wiring gurus, such as Rywire or Phearable and ask them. Whomever sells the jumper harness should have some insight on how to make it work for your application.
