Alright guys I'm having a problem I am swapping a obd1 jdm d15b into a 98 civic and using a obd2 dizzy but it isn't starting it just backfires very softly and the mechanic shop told me I need a obd1 dizzy but others told me I can use the obd2 but to me what it sounds like is the timing and I know 1 on the distributor has to match with the timing but the obd2 dizzy isn't sitting right so any ideas before I start throwing money at it. Ohh yea it also got a auto to manual swap the same time we swapped the engine.
