Default tranny

I was rushing to get to work today and while I was backing out of my garage I forgot I had the car in reverse gear. I released the clutch very quickly while in reverse gear and the car jerked a little but did not die. Once I realized I had the car in reverse I pushed the clutch back in fast. Will this mess up the clutch or the tranny?
