what screws to use on weld magnum
got some 13x8 on 26x8 13 slicks would like to screw them in, do i just use 1/4 self taping screws? never screwed them on but would be better to do it..

First off, how much HP ?
I have two different sets here, for our car when we get good slicks.
One set is from Jeg's p/n 65040 #14 grade-8 zinc Dichromate screws with proper size drill.
And Moroso p/n 90100 grade 8 steel zinc rim screws.
If your low hp less then 400, I don't think you really need them.

thanks for the reply but im making 615whp 510ft/lbs, did some shakedown at low boost and seem fine but are finaly ready to run all out this weekend.
also how many do you use and you put them on both side.

Yes I believe there's 16 holes,
Innes has a template that spaces the screws nicely.
I used black marker then used a center punch, then used a starter/small drill then the recommended drill. Deburr the holes and get your 1/4 drive bit for the drill and start putting the screws in. You don't need to over tighten them.
It's not fun when you break one in the expensive rims.
