Default water in muffler normal or is it raw gas plus, running rich

Hi, my question is; My crx isn't driven much, but when I o drive it, Recently I found a small amount of what looks to be water n my n1 type muffler. Is this normal for a pleasure driven car. Someone told me it's just condensation. Also, someone else told me it's running rich and not condensation.
Can a fuel injected car run rich? How do I know it is, I have a full tuneup, and I get excellent mpg, How do I fix it if it's running rich.
I put a bottle of stp in their so will that make it run rich.
I didn't pass smog too, but that's because my cat is bad, and my spark plug wires were a little out of order, but that's fixed now
I fell the car runs great, so Is it gad in the tailpipe or water
Thanks
edit; it's a 91 crx si, sohc zc non vtec swap 1.6 li

Water is a byproduct of combustion. So it is normal.

Upon initial start-up it should always smell rich because of the computer is in openloop the computer is adding gas to get the car to operating temps and is working off of programmed fuel maps until everything is warmed up.

Once warm the computer will use the sensors to adjust the fuel. (closed loop)

Shift light??? not stock. Not that I have heard.

STP??? as in injector cleaner?

Let me know.

Definitely condensation... Nothing to worry about. My car is my DD and it does the same thing if it sits for the weekend without being driven.
Just thought id put in my two cents.

I think he is talking about the HF shift light. I think they were only on hf's( told you when to shift for best fuel mileage)

Yea, I had an 88 crx DX and on the gauge cluster their was a light that lit up red when it redlined. I thought that was pretty cool, since I didn't need one of those huge tachs.
Now I have a 91 crx si, and it doesn't have that, so I was thinking it was broken. But I researched, and the Si's don't seem to have that. 'thanks y'all
