Default Redlining @ 6000 RPM

I did a OBD 1 Conversion to my b16a into a 89 civic si. i have it running with a chipped p72 ecu and it is redlining at 6k... so im gona need some suggestions

are you letting it warm up first before you go all out on it

What's done to the chip exactly maybe you have a bum map.
