If it's just the cluster lights, take off your cluster cover, remove the cluster and replace the bulbs in back, they just twist out, then you replace them

well i went out and bought a dimmer switch and that was not the problem, is there any thing else that controls the lights on the cluster?

well did more searching and found the answer, i had to check to see if i had power to the cluster, on plug a, there are two wires i had to check a red one and a red w/blk, those control the power to the lights(90-91) i found out i had power to the red w/ blk but not the other. so i traced the wires to a little black box to the right of the fuse box, and found out i had no power there, so i traced the wire and found a crack in the red wire and fixed it and now im all good, hope this helps some one some day.
