Well i was wondering..
I use to have a 92eg hatch but am trading it for a 95 eg 4dr
my friend has a 4dr and to me, it seems they use same parts as far as
interior, headlights, front fenders, hood, rearlights,
if i am wrong, let me know, because i have some headlights from my hatch,
and i want to put them in my 4dr. will they fit?? and i plan on parting out parts from hatches to build my 4dr.

Fenders and the corner lights are different for sure. hood and bumper might be. Got to hondapartscheap.com and just compare the part numbers.

 

none of the things from the hatch will fit on the 4 door snug there will be gaps and differences in all them parts i know cuz my boys got 4 doors and have tried all the parts at one time or another i mean u can use them as in they will bolt up but dont expect oem results.

 

I know the fenders, corner lights & headlights are different. suspension is all the same though.

 

its weird tho, cause i was looking up oem parts for the hatch, and the 4 door. and well, the same part number appeared for both front headlights. i dont know, im quite confused. anyone who REALLY knows if they use the same parts???

 

the headlights are the same its the turn signals that are differant, and therefore the fenders.

 

you definitely can't use the hood, fenders, rearbumper, corner lights, or front doors. front seats are interchangeable, i don't think rears are.i don't know if the rear lights are. everything under the hood should be interchangeable. suspension definitely is.

 

you actually can use the fenders and turn signals...you just have to change them both.

the front seats are interchangable but not the same...the rails make them sit up higher, makes my knee hit the wheel when i shift.

rear seats are differant.

i think the 4 doors have a bigger rear view mirror

 

the four door fenders are shorter

truth right there.

 

front bumper, hood, fenders, corner lights, front doors, trunk, side skirts, and rear bumper are different. the headlights and tailights are interchangeable.

i've heard the fender and front door side moldings are the same as the coupe/hatchback but not the rear.

i hear you can bolt everything up but it won't line up with oem results.

 

Damn when did they make a 4dr eg? That **** is tight...imma look up that ish and get me one of them asap!

 

The only thing that is a direct swap is:
- Front head lights
- SOME of the interior
- Motor work
- Suspension

These cannot be swapped unless you modify them:
- Corner lights
- Hood
- Bumper
- Fenders
- Tail lights
- Rear Bumper

dash should ift
some of the plastic pieces from the front like the console and ash tray and just about nothing from the back.
