HELP, need to replace swap mount bushings

HELP, need to replace swap mount bushings
I have a set of B-Series swap mounts for an EF Civic, the brand is unknown.
When I bought the mounts they came with race-stiff bushings that were torn up. I'm trying to order a replacement set but I can't find anyone who makes them.
I tried the Energy Suspension website http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/univ1.html but the ID on my mounts is 2.5 inches, larger than anything else listed on the site.
Anyone know where to get some replacement bushings?

I just took the following measurements. There are three mounts, all with the same tubing I.D. and wall thickness, but three different wall thicknesses. The measurements I have are as follows:
Tubing I.D. - 2.540 inches
Tubing Length - 1.760, 1.880, 2.010 inches
Tubing wall thickness - 0.170 inches
Tubing I.D. - 2.540 inches
Tubing Length - 1.760, 1.880, 2.010 inches
