Default Fuel pressure low after putting turbo kit on.

I've got a b16a2 that I have been putting an older peakboost kit on. I've got RC550's on it. The part # is SL9-550. They don't fit the injector clips well but I made them work. I bought all new o-rings for the injectors and I also put on new gaskets that go on the IM. I also put in a walbro 255 fuel pump.

I have a fuel pressure gauge that wont keep pressure. I can get it up to 10-12 psi and then it will fall again. Is it suppose to hold pressure even if the car is sitting? I tried to get it street tuned the other day and my fuel pressure won't hold. The stock FPR worked fine before I tried to go turbo, and I have even tried another aftermarket FPR and still no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help.
