Default tps wiring d-series harness/b-series swap

i got a b-series swap i put in my 91 hatch and i used the obd0 d-series harness converted to obd1 and to mpfi i thought you were suppose to swap 2 wires on the tps sensor. i dont remember. my car doesnt idle and i couldnt get a sweeping signal unless i swapped the outer 2 wires but it still doesn't idle. looking down at the back/wire side of the the plug starting from the left i got yellow/ blue,red/ green

yellow is the the .5 volt wire
the way i got it wired now seems to be the only way to get a sweeping signal out of it but only goes from .45 to 4.6 volts.

well i figured out the wiring but the car still doesn't want to idle. i have an rywire obd0-obd1 ecu jumper harness and when i jump the 2 wires for the check engine light nothing happens when i hit the key the light comes on and stays on the whole time. never turns off.
