I have RSX seats from an 06 type-s, all that I did was some welding and they went right in, and from what I know and what I've witnessed, its the same for the S2000 seats too, which I originally had and sold for like 4 times the price affording me my seats and an entire Acura CL interior. Yea, welding is key.

Hey wass up fellas.... got the passenger seat done. I didnt do any welding at all just to let u guys know. All I did was retro fi t the factory EX seat rails to the S2000 seats, and pulled two brackets from the S2000 rails and bolted them to the accord rails. SO I have accord height with bolt in capability. I didnt want to spend too much on this project till I get recaros. I will be tackling the driver seat wen I get back from Korea, so stand by. Pics to follow this weekend and the build and or retrofit will be on HS.... this site is good but it's saturated with alot of other things i dnt care for.
I welded mine to seat frames, but the proper way would be to remove the whole panel underneath the seat and trader with the S2000's. That way you would use your old Accord bracket and fitment would be more "oem." It takes about a good 2-3 hours per seat, but it's worth it.

That interior looks REALLY nice. I remember you tread about the Acura CL project. Do you have more pics in the tread? It look like it turned out real nice.
