97 del sol O2 code and FITV bad!! HELP PLEASE LOOK
I believe i got this right but I want a second opinion.
My o2 code is on for primary sensor, code 41, Now there is an aftermarket header on there with no o2 bung so there is no o2 sensor obviously.
Is that why the car is throwing the code? If i got a primary o2 with a new header with bung would this fix the problem?
Also
My car idles lumpy like up and down just a couple hundred, I took the intake off and the throttle body is visible with the two holes, one on the top and one on the bottom. When i plug the bottom hole the car idles normal. Now I was told this is my FAST IDLE VALVE which is located underneath the throttle body.
DOes this sound correct? If not please correct me. Also I see or feel no vacuum leak.
Please update me.
Thanks
Andrew
