It leads to the intake manifold, but what does it do? Thanks

Hmm, well I figured out it's a vacuum hose of some sort. I guess this would explain my non working cruise control.

nah doesnt have anything to do with cruise, there should be some vacuum hose routing diagrams around here somewhere, ill see if i have one for you.

Hmm, I just downloaded a repair manual from another Honda site and it says the vacuum line is for cruise control...

THE hose connects just under the other one on the fire wall. connects to the little steal pipe on the fire wall.. Cruise control

Looks like it should be a cruise control line to me.
