Default TPS issue. Getting TPS CEL and datalogger says my tps is always at 26%

I have been having TPS issues so I put on a different TB and still had the same CEL and problem. I put a multimeter on my TPS and realigned it. Still getting a CEL. So I put my datalogger on and it says it's always at 26%. Where do I need to go from here to get this figured out? Please help me all the way through this. People always give there $.2 worth all the time and never answer you after you respond. Thanks.

Did you clear the code from the ECU after you changed TB? If you didn't, maybe the CEL is from the old TPS.
Also check to make sure the floormat isn't bunched up under the accelerator preventing you from pushing it down all the way.(it happens)

For the sake of people searching to correct the same problem.

There was a bad connection to the ECU which was putting it in limp mode. Limp mode always tells the ECU the TB is at 26%. Now I dont know if that is just for Hondata or stock ECU's too. I'll repost when I get my Hondalogger working.
